About Seven Oxen Estate Wines

Seven Oxen is an organically-farmed, 100% estate winery featuring small lots of Rhône and Zinfandel wines produced from the Templeton Gap and Willow Creek sub AVA’s of Paso Robles. Our owner-operated business is run by Founder, Adriana Neal, and Founding French Winemaker, Bastien Leduc. The small but mighty team is devoted to creating down-to-earth wines with an old-world elegance. Our wines are produced in very small lots of estate-grown, hand-harvested grapes. We focus on single-varietal wines to showcase the grapes for what they are — a true reflection of a place and a time. Seven Oxen wines are unfiltered and unfined to preserve the flavors and aromas of the wine, and we take a minimalist approach in the winery to produce wines that are French in style but expressively true to Paso Robles.
